Visiting Doha around February time is the ideal time to come to the city. Temperatures aren’t too hot so you can navigate you’re way round without having to jump into the nearest building that has air conditioning.

What you need to know about Doha is that it’s full of culture, wealth and very traditional values. One of the first places you need to visit when in town is The Corniche. It’s a waterfront area or promenade which deviates along the length of Doha Bay.  Serving fantastic views of the Doha coastline it’s worth a stop by.

Take time out on one of Doha’s yellow buses. This way you can enjoy local sights such as Souq Waqif and the impressive Katara Cultural Village.

In town for a short break and don’t have that much time then why not visit Damasca restaurant which is on the corner of Musherib Street. It’s a lively Arab restaurant serving sharwama costing around £10-£12.

Doha is big on golf and one of the biggest events of the year is the GEC Open that takes place at Doha Golf Club. The charity event showcases some of the world’s best golfers in this beautiful Middle Eastern setting.

If you’re here for business or pleasure, Doha has a lot to offer for people of all ages.
